When and how does creative practice become research? We gather experts to ask how their practice generates and communicates knowledge.

Come along to meet and discuss your work with fellow practice researchers from institutions across London and the South West. There will be presentations on a whole range of approaches to practice research from creative writing to film making, participatory performance to curation, theorising practice, and presenting and disseminating your findings.

The Study Day will be followed by our End of Term Event in the evening.

This event is organised by the London Arts and Humanities Partnership (LAHP) Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP), grant ref AH/R012679/1. This consortium, including this event, is funded by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). By registering for this event, you agree to your information (name, email address, organisation, UKRI-funded status) to be shared with UKRI. The number of UKRI-funded and non-UKRI funded attendees are reported to UKRI annually, as aggregated data.
