How do you finish a PhD? And how do you make sure that your findings reach the right people?

This study day will focus on the end goal of research: formulating and sharing the findings of your research so that it contributes to your discipline(s). Sessions will include practical strategies to ensure that you submit your thesis within your funded period, strategies for writing, advice on how to submit research to academic journals, and approaches to publication more widely. Come along to learn about all this from experienced researchers, but also from other PhD students, who are experiencing the same challenges as you.

This event is organised by the London Arts and Humanities Partnership (LAHP) Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP), grant ref AH/R012679/1. This consortium, including this event, is funded by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). By registering for this event, you agree to your information (name, email address, organisation, UKRI-funded status) to be shared with UKRI. The number of UKRI-funded and non-UKRI funded attendees are reported to UKRI annually, as aggregated data.
