Physical Strategies for Coping with Stress and Developing Resilience

Friday 7th May 2-4pm, To be held Remotely on Zoom (Originally scheduled for Wednesday 5th May but postponed due to unforeseen circumstances)

This session will look at physical means of managing stress and juggling workloads during this challenging period of your doctoral study. Drawing on methods employed by athletes, we will explore issues of posture, spatial awareness, body alignment and ultimately, alleviating physical symptoms of stress.

Bookings will close on Thursday the 6th May at 3pm. The workshop will provisionally be limited to 25 attendees and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
