LAHP Allyship Development programme for supervisors with Lou Chiu

The Allyship for Supervisors programme is open to all LAHP supervisors looking for a space to explore the complexities of allyship in supervision. Focused on particular scenarios, like managing disclosures and epistemic safety, we will look at practical interventions and support for students and colleagues who experience systemic harm.

This programme is led by Lou Chiu, a Culture and Relationships Coach and Consultant specialising in allyship, safer spaces in helping professions, and Existential Coaching.
