Liberating the Classroom

Please join us for a Project Myopia workshop that challenges assumptions about neutral classroom spaces, and works towards a liberated classroom: a safe, productive, inclusive educational space. In this interdisciplinary workshop we will discuss how to navigate challenges such as racism, sexism, ableism, classism, homophobia and transphobia, and develop our understanding of what ‘inclusive teaching’ should look like.
This session is especially geared towards Graduate Teaching assistants (GTAs), though bookings will still be open to students of all years.
